Mirror, Mirror
Mirror, mirror, on the wall,
Who's the fairest of them all?
Is it she there by his side?
It's not the one the night doth hide.
She's so lovely, wrapped in light.
I who hide have lost my fight.
Mirror, mirror, crystal clear,
Do I really see a tear?
Am I crying over this?
This cannot be, I've naught to miss.
Perhaps I dream of what shan't be,
I dream of what she'll daily see.
Mirror, mirror, held so high,
Could I have believed a lie?
Is the world you show me real?
I can't ever change what I feel.
Solely what I wished, I saw.
Now the lie is laid out raw.
Mirror, mirror, on the wall,
Who's the fairest of them all?
Into night, I fade away
And know it's she, wrapped around with day.
Mirror, mirror, come with me.
In your depths, the truth I see.
