I went to Ion Orchard today with Celia and Rou Jing. (And other places in orchard also)
It wasn't as fun or thrilling as I expected it to be. :/ (Ion only)
Got lost inside cos the place was super duper enormous.

The only way(s) to get around is by:
1. Check the floor directory. Which we did constantly on every floor we visited.
2. Using a map. Which we did after getting frustrated after checking so many times.
3. Ask the information counter. Which we also did to find the entrance.
4. Get around by remembering famous shop names. Which we desperately had to.

Oh wow.
We passed the shop Miu Miu and Celia said that if next time you come to some high class place, say this, "Oh, I'm short of one thousand dollars!"
Haha xD
So we walked around outside to different shopping centers.
The (mini) underpass was built wrongly. I think.
It went up and then went down :S

Microsoft 7 came out just this morning and the people were giving out balloons to advertise. So like when we walk past, we said (as we had panned before), "Ah yo! Air pollution, land pollution, water pollution, and even noise pollution! Tsk tsk. Global warming also!"

It was like so funny cos we walked past them a few times on the way of getting to another shopping center.

Then like after walking around window shopping, we had lunch.
My legs were breaking ><
It was not that nice cos I couldn't eat anything because of my cough. x(
Then also cannot drink anything cold.

We took neoprints as Cathay (something)!
It was like so awesome cos we had so much fun posing.
And Rou Jing was like, I spent so much money and feel heartache but this is the only time where I spent so much money and love it.

Both of them bought giant Slurpee and shared it. I couldn't drink or share.
So deprived ><

Oh. The we went Borders.
I wanted to find the Level 26: Dark Origins and Living in Perhaps but couldn't find it. Living in Perhaps was just published but it wasn't anywhere in the newly published section.
And I searched Dark Origins in the horror section but also couldn't find it.
I found a book there! It was False Memory.
It was a book about fear.
One of the first few pages had a page which said something like this (from my memory).

Autophobia is a real disorder of fear. The three fears consist of:
1. Fear of being alone. (I have it too. Sometimes in very lonely places. Yuck. ><)
2. Fear of being egoistical. (I wish some people had it x])
3. Fear of oneself. (Omgosh? Who even has that?)
The third is the rarest.

And the book was about the fear of oneself.
I want want want to read that.
:D
So we went to the children's corner and sat there to read books.
Celia sang a Christmas song which was altered to us! (Sing in Jingle Bells melody)

Dashing through the snow, on a pair of broken skis,

The snow is turning red, I think I'm almost dead.
They rushed me to the hospital; I almost lost my head!

Then tellie tubbies came and stabbed her with a knife!

I seriously couldn't stop laughing.

Then only when we were leaving then I saw the crime section and was like argh. ><
Dark Origins was most likely in that section! TT
Rou Jing said it shouldn't be there cos it was newly published. It made sense.
So we like departed there cos Celia had to take a bus to go home.
Rou Jing and I walked back to Ion to the MRT and we bought donuts from Dunkin' Donuts!
YUM! x)
Rou Jing bought like half a dozen for her family for tomorrow's breakfast.
She said it feels like being an adult. I also felt it too.
I bought a donut for myself and another for my brother who was pitifully cooped up at home. So I felt like I did something very nice for him.
